Cancellation Policy

Please arrive promptly to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to complete all of the services you were booked in for that day. You may cancel online up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the services which you were booked in for.
